Where is raine+skye located? All products are designed and handcrafted with love and shipped from Southern California.
What is your store's exchange/ return policy? Due to the custom handmade nature of our items there are NO REFUNDS, changed my mind, or exchanges, on our items. All sales are final.
Please note there may be slight variations and natural marking in leather and fabric pattern placement/color. If there is a workmanship issue regarding our product, please email us. Workmanship issues will only be considered within 3 days of delivery.
If we find there is a problem with your product it will be exchanged for the same item and print only, no refunds will be given. Exchanges may only be considered if item shows no visible sign of wear/tear and is considered new. The merchandise present state should be unworn to be considered for any exchange. Raine+Skye has the right to refuse exchange/refund, and is subject to request proof of defect. If an item is rejected for the above it will be mailed to the address item was sent from.
Do you offer Leather Repairs? Yes, we do! We offer free repairs on all our items, So send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org to get instructions and RMA #. We want your children to get their item repaired quickly & back to them for more adventures.
How do your leather items fit? Due to the handmade nature of the items they vary among size. Ages are listed on items that we find suitable per item. Measurement of straps are also listed for some guidance.
How long till my order is shipped? If a Preorder please allow 2-3 weeks before your order ships, unless stated. (Excluding U.S observed holidays & Weekends) This means it may take 4 weeks before your order ships (up to 28 days).
Although some items are RTS and ship within an allotted time frame 2-3 Business Days. There are circumstances during Flash/Sale where items ship 3-5 Business Days. If ever a question send an email to get clarification.
What are your policies on your sample sale/ flash site? Unless stated, these items are ready to ship. Please allow 1-2 Business Days for shipment. All sample sale orders are FINAL SALE. AS IS. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we currently ship worldwide. We ship USPS with tracking and insurance. Any tariffs and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered items. Buyers assumes all risk.
How do you ship USA orders? Will I be notified my order has shipped? We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Once you check out and submit order, I CANNOT change your address. Please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out.
Domestic orders ship via USPS 1st Class mail with Tracking. Once shipped, you will get an automatic email thru our website, alongside tracking number to anticipate such package. On many occasions I print labels 2-3 days or so before I actually ship item. Please email me if your package has not moved in over 2 weeks.
Shipping Disclaimer: raine+skye is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update their tracking. What you see on their site is what I see. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations.
Packages that go missing via USPS will be offered store credit (minus shipping & no refunds) or a replacement AFTER 30 days of no movement via the USPS tracking website.
Can I rush my order? Yes, please select "Priority Shipping" option for an additional charge if you need your item sooner. Rush orders will be processed with 1-2 Business Days time frame.
Can I cancel an order? No, Unfortunately I do not accommodate canceled orders, in most instances if an order is Ready to Ship it will ship same day if order is placed by 3pm PST. In the instance this does occur a 15% Restocking Fee will be adjusted to the refund; shipping is non-refundable. Please note that these are FINAL SALE which means NO returns, changed my mind, or exchanges. It is best to gift/or resell.
My package says "delivered" but I never received my item, what should I do? If your tracking says delivered, and you have no item, you must call USPS. Once item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible. If your item has not moved within 30 days of issue date, we will offer store credit for the total of items minus shipping.
I bought an item 10 minutes, earlier, or yesterday, can you combine or refund my shipping? Unfortunately, due to the heavy volume of orders, once order is placed I cannot combine an order with another. All orders placed at same time will be shipped together. I also cannot refund shipping.
I sent an email, how long does it take to get a response? I do my best to reply to emails promptly in a timely manner, however please do allow 48 hrs turn around time for a reply. Email correspondence will be attended to weekdays (M-F) during normal business hours. (9am -6pm)
